Eve De Haan, a London-based artist, has an extensive collection of neon artworks, each of which communicates a different idea through brief textual snatches. Her theology degree led her to realize that the greatest way to generate group emotions in an audience was by encapsulating narratives through the written word. Neon has given her the chance to investigate "how malleable definitions of words and phrases can be." Technology, youth culture, and relationships are just a few of the subjects Eve explores in her artwork.
Eve says her practice consists of gathering her thoughts and sending them into the world. She draws inspiration from her daily experiences. She tells us that she tells personal stories through this channel because "expressing my experiences is part of my form of storytelling."
